We have tried to keep our fee structure as simple as possible. Here is a complete overview of fees and deadlines.
Admission Fee
The admission fee is DKK 5,000 which is returned when your last child leaves Kochs International with a reduction of DKK 500 for each year at Kochs International.
However, if you sign up and decide not to start in the coming August as agreed upon, the school will keep 25% of the admission fee if you give notice before the first of May and 50% if the notice is given before the first of July. After this date the school will keep the entire admission fee.
The school and admission fees mentioned are for the first child at Kochs International. The second child pays 75% of the fees. Additional children are free of charge.
All fees are in Danish crowns.
Deposit
Families at Kochs International also pay a deposit of DKK 6,000 which is refunded when the last child leaves school.

School fees are paid for all twelve months in a school year which in Denmark is from August to July.
This also applies to pupils leaving in June.

School fees are charged using PBS or payment slips for those not using PBS.
The school fees are adjusted every year in August. We reserve the right to change fees as well as terms.
Payments are due the 1st of every month of the year.
CPR-number
As you might already know, the CPR-number is a vital piece of information in Denmark and is used in almost all contacts with state or municipality offices to identify yourselves.
The CPR-number is also used by the government to determine the number of pupils at a school on September the 5th and the corresponding government funding.
Hence it is quite important you make sure your child/childrens get a CPR-number as soon as possible.
If you cannot provide the school with CPR-number for your child/children by the 5th of September or if you enroll later than that date, you might be charged a higher school fee of up to an additional 3.000,-dkk/month for the remainder of the school year.
